Steve & Shari are both Minnesota natives, but their upbringings were as different as can be. Shari spent her childhood on the family farm in Northfield, surrounded by relatives. Although Steve has lived in Apple Valley since 1983, when he was a child his family moved frequently. He had to adjust to a new school and make new friends each time. But those differing experiences led both to place a strong premium on the importance of home and family. Each has had a long and exceptionally successful career in a profession that required a strong focus on specifics—Steve in corporate sales and Shari in mortgage banking—but they’re quick to tell you that the essentials of family life always come first.

It’s that philosophy that motivates this highly skilled team’s keen focus on every detail—to ensure that family comes first for their clients as well as themselves.
